About Us
Todd Kerin has been keeping the public and property safe for a combined 35 years as a US Army Military Policeman, as a sergeant for the Columbus Police Department, and as a volunteer fireman. As a detective, he honed his investigative skills, as well as a keen eye for identifying potential problems in any given situation. With a commitment to confidentiality and privacy, Todd focused those skills to start At Ease Home Watch, LLC after making the move to Southwest Florida with his wife, Amy.
Amy is a business professional with almost 40 years experience in Accounting & Treasury services. Together, she and Todd have managed their own rental property, routinely opened and closed a vacation home, and taken care of their own pool. As "Do It Yourself" homeowners, they provide a trusted advocate, capable of evaluating contractor performance, while clearly and concisely communicating with their clients.
Todd and Amy have been married for over 38 years and have two children, Zac and Courtney. Zac is a retired NFL offensive lineman with a degree in Civil Engineering, while Courtney, a nurse, is currently working towards becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. In their free time, Todd and Amy can be found taking a ride on their Harley Davidson Ultra Classic, spending a day on the water in their Boston Whaler, or just enjoying the company of friends and family.
